How much do you charge for shipping
The following is a list of our various shipping options and their prices.

Free UK Delivery with £50 spend: For all UK orders that cost over £50 we will give you free standard delivery.
Standard UK delivery: standard delivery is only £2.49.
Next Day Special Delivery costs £4.99, orders placed after 1400GMT are not guaranteed to be sent out in that days mail.

Non UK orders: All other countries cost £10.00, although delivery times will vary.

Can I change the address after my order has been placed

If you would like a current order to be sent to a different address then please contact us immediately on 0161 336 2595. We can't always guarantee that we are able to change the address on an existing order but the earlier you tell us the more chance that we can.

How long do orders take to arrive

Once your order has been dispatched you can use the following as an estimate.

Standard UK Delivery (inc. free delivery over £50 spend):will typically take between 1-3 days
Next Day Special Delivery: if you selected Express Delivery then you should receive your order the next day after dispatch. With orders placed after 1400GMT we cannot guarantee that your order will be dispatched the same day.

European Orders: will normally take between 2-5 days
International Orders: can take anywhere between 10-21 days.
