Our goal with this site has always been to create a user friendly interface that allows customers to quickly and easily find an order products that they like.
Once you have found an item that you wish to purchase, select the size that you wish and simply select “Add to Cart”, this will bring up the cart view that will show all current items in your cart, including their size and quantity that you selected. Please make sure that this is correct before going any further.
From the cart page you have the option to “Continue” in case you are not finished adding things to your cart or you can go to “Checkout”.
Our checkout process is very simple, just follow the on screen instructions. If your checkout is successful you should receive an automatic email that will confirm that your payment was a success and that we have received your order. If you do not receive this email then please check your spam folder or alternatively you can contact us directly to make sure that your order was placed correctly.
We will keep you up to date on your order as we process it.
If you are having problems placing an order our best suggestion would be first to check that you are adding the correct size to your cart.
Although our site has been designed to be both mobile and desktop friendly as well as offer cross browser support but attempting to place your order from a different device or browser may solve any issues you could be having.
If you are having problems paying for your order you may wish to try a different payment method or alternatively you can give us a call and complete your order over the phone.
Do you accept payment over the phone?
Yes, if you would like to pay for your item over the phone then please call us on 0161 336 2595 and we will have someone talk you through the process and complete your transaction. Please have all card details with you for a quicker and easier payment.
When your order is dispatched we will send an email confirming that your order has been dispatched, normally we will include a tracking number in this email. If you ordered from within Europe then your order would have been sent using Royal Mail. For Rest of World orders we use WNDirect, both companies offer tracked post so simply copy and paste the tracking number into the correct companies website to view your tracking information.
How do I find my tracking number?
You should be able to find your tracking number inside your fulfilment email, if the email does not include a tracking number you should be able to find it under ‘Order History’ under your Trade Sports account.
If your tracking number is not listed in your fulfilment email or under your order history then you can contact us and request your tracking number that way.
You may have accidentally placed an order for the incorrect size or colour of an item, if this is the case then contact us as soon as possible. The best method would be to call as this would be the quickest method, alternatively you can email us but depending on the time of day you may run the risk of the item being sent out wrong before someone reads the email.
If instead you wish to cancel your order for any reason then please contact us as soon as possible, once again calling is the best method of contact for this situation. Once we hear from you we will be able to refund your order and make sure the item does not get dispatched.
If you have already received a dispatch confirmation email but still wish to cancel or change your order then please contact us straight away, there is still a chance that the item has still not actually left our building but we can’t guarantee anything at this point.
If your order does end up getting processed then you can still return the item to us for a full refund.
How do I return an order?
Every order should come with an invoice and a returns form, to return an item to us please review the Trade Sports Returns Policy then follow the instructions below:Correctly fill out the returns form (on reverse of invoice), if we did not include a returns form you can request one by contacting us or you can simply write the following information on a piece of paper; your name, order number, reason for return and whether you would like a return or exchange.Include the returns form inside the parcel and securely seal the product in a mailbag or box, include some padding if necessary to ensure the item does not get damaged during the mail process.If you chose to purchase our own tracked returns label then simply print the label, trim off any excess paper and stick the label to the outside of the parcel using tape. You can then take this to your local Post Office, please ensure you obtain a proof of postage.If you would rather make your own delivery arrangements, clearly write our returns address to the outside of the parcel. We strongly recommend you use a tracked service for returning your item and always obtain proof of postage when sending your parcel back to us.
The most common reason for orders being cancelled is simply that we no longer have stock for the item that you ordered. When this does happen we will email you explaining that we have over sold on particular item and either simply give you a full refund or we will offer you an alternate style or colour which we think is still very similar to the original item you ordered, if you do not like the alternative options that we offered you then we will refund your order in full.
Occasionally an order may be flagged as fraudulent, this can happen for several reasons but most common is that the card you used is registered to a different address than what you listed, this can happen if you want the item delivered to a work address and you accidentally use it as a Billing Address when checking out. If your item does get flagged as fraud and you feel it was incorrect please contact us and explain the situation and we will do our best to help.
