Returns and Refunds

What is your returns policy?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any products that you bought from us at Trade Sports.

All products that are returned must match the following criteria for you to be eligible for a full refund.

  • Must be returned within 30 days from the original date of delivery
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging
  • All original product tags must be included
  • All items must be returned unused and unwashed
  • Include a correctly filled out returns form (one should be included in your parcel). Include your original shipping label so we can identify you. 

How do I return an order?

Every order should come with a returns form, to return an item to us please review the Trade Sports Returns Policy then follow the instructions below:

  • Correctly fill out the returns form that will be included with your order, if we did not include a returns form you can request one by contacting us or it can be downloaded here
  • If you want to use our returns label you can purchase one for just £3.00, it is fully tracked and insured to ensure a safer service. Click here to purchase one and it will be emailed to you. 
  • Include the returns form inside the parcel and securely seal the product in a mailbag or box, include some padding if necessary to ensure the item does not get damaged during the mail process.
  • If you chose to purchase our own tracked returns label then simply print the label, trim off any excess paper and stick the label to the outside of the parcel using tape. You can then take this to your local Post Office, please ensure you obtain a proof of postage.
  • If you would rather make your own delivery arrangements, clearly write our returns address to the outside of the parcel. We strongly recommend you use a tracked service for returning your item and always obtain proof of postage when sending your parcel back to us.

Can I exchange my order for a different size or colour?

If you would rather exchange your item for a different size or colour, please follow the instructions in the “Exchange” section, but when filling out the returns form write down what size or colour you would like in exchange.

When we receive your parcel we will process your exchange and send out the replacement item providing we have the correct stock remaining, if not we will offer you a refund.

When will I get my refund?

When we receive your parcel we will inspect the item to ensure it matches up with our returns policy. Once your return has finished processing we will refund your money and email you confirming that we have received your return are have refunded you. Please allow a few days for funds to clear into your account.

If you are using a tracked service then please be aware that you may need to wait a couple of days for your return to be processed after we have received the item. Our processing times can vary depending on how busy we are.

Are shipping costs included in the refund?

When purchasing an item from us if you select the Tracked delivery or Express delivery services you will incur a non-refundable postage fee. Under UK law retailers do not have to refund the postage cost if a free option is available. If you are from the EU you will be refunded the full cost including postage as there is no free delivery option. 

If you use your own returns label we cannot refund the postage cost for that service. 

My item has arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Mistakes can and do happen, from time to time we may accidentally send out an incorrect item to you or the item may already be damaged or defective. If this happens please email us immediately at sales@tradesports.co.uk and we will provide you a free returns label. If you choose to use your own method of returns we cannot refund that postage service.
