New rates have been issued for 2023, instead of being rounded up to 1kg average prices all our items go based on weights from 100g up to 2kg. The price you see below is the price for 1kg however the price for tee shirt for example will be calculated at checkout and will be significantly cheaper. 

Some of the prices look strange but that is because it is exactly what we are being charge by our carrier. All these items will be delivered by your national post service.

This is not a guaranteed next day service, if you need it quickly select the Guaranteed Next Day option, if there is no legitimate delivery attempt the next day you will be refunded for the shipping cost. 

Orders placed after 1400 will be dispatched on the following working day and will arrive with you the day after, once again this is assuming no public holidays.

We use a tracked service for all orders, we make sure to supply you with your tracking number when we fulfill your order. If you do not have a tracking number in your fulfillment email then you can contact us for this information. Alternatively, your tracking number should be available under Order History when you login to your Trade Sports account.

If you have your tracking number you can simply use the courier’s website to find out where your item is. If your tracking number is 11 characters long and begins with ‘TR’ then you should use WNDirect to track your parcel. Alternatively, if your tracking number is 13 characters long and ends with ‘GB’ then you can use the Royal Mail Track and Trace website.

If you would like to change your delivery address even after you have placed your order then you should contact us as soon as possible and let us know the new address that you would like your parcel sent to.

Even if you have received your fulfillment email there is still a chance we can change the address on the parcel but you should contact us as soon as possible.

Yes, when checking out just fill in the delivery address with the address that you want the parcel sent to and for the Billing Address fill in the address that your card is registered to.

Make sure that you put the billing and delivery address the correct way around or there is a chance that the order can be cancelled due to fraud. This can happen when the address registered to your card and the billing address does not match up, so please be careful to avoid any potential delays.
