We ship all UK orders using Royal Mail and InPost. Both services are tracked, so you'll receive an email directly from the courier with your delivery date, time, and options for leaving your parcel in a safe place.
Important: If you don't choose a safe place, the courier will decide where to leave your parcel. We cannot be held responsible for any items stolen from your property after delivery.
To avoid potential issues, we strongly recommend shipping to a business address if possible, rather than your home address.
Good news! Our shipping rates have changed for 2025. Instead of charging a flat 1kg rate for all items, we now calculate shipping costs based on the actual weight of your order, from 100g up to 2kg.
The shipping price you see initially on the product page is for a 1kg parcel. However, your actual shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the specific weight of your items. For example, if you're only buying a t-shirt, your shipping fee will be significantly cheaper than the 1kg rate displayed.
Some of the prices look strange but that is because it is exactly what we are being charge by our carrier. All these items will be delivered by your national post service.

Can I change the delivery address after placing my order?
Yes, it might be possible! If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your new address details. Even if you've already received your fulfillment email, there's still a chance we can update the address on your parcel. However, time is of the essence, so please reach out immediately.
Can my delivery address be different from my billing address?
Yes, absolutely. During checkout, simply enter the address where you want your parcel delivered as the delivery address. For the billing address, please enter the address where your payment card is registered.
Important: Please ensure you enter the billing and delivery addresses correctly. If the billing address you provide does not match the address registered to your payment card, your order may be cancelled due to potential fraud. Being careful with this information will help avoid any delays.
My order is delayed/lost/stolen?
While we strive for smooth deliveries, sometimes unforeseen circumstances can cause delays. We kindly ask for your patience in such situations.
If your item is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, we can investigate. Please allow us up to 7 working days to complete our full investigation. If you are able to provide any CCTV footage related to the delivery, please do so at your earliest convenience, as this can greatly assist our process.
