Can I change the delivery address after placing my order?
Yes, it might be possible! If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your new address details. Even if you've already received your fulfillment email, there's still a chance we can update the address on your parcel. However, time is of the essence, so please reach out immediately.
Billing vs. Delivery Address
Can my delivery address be different from my billing address?
Yes, absolutely. During checkout, simply enter the address where you want your parcel delivered as the delivery address. For the billing address, please enter the address where your payment card is registered.
Important: Please ensure you enter the billing and delivery addresses correctly. If the billing address you provide does not match the address registered to your payment card, your order may be cancelled due to potential fraud. Being careful with this information will help avoid any delays.
Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Orders
My order is delayed/lost/stolen?
While we strive for smooth deliveries, sometimes unforeseen circumstances can cause delays. We kindly ask for your patience in such situations.
If your item is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, we can investigate. Please allow us up to 7 working days to complete our full investigation. If you are able to provide any CCTV footage related to the delivery, please do so at your earliest convenience, as this can greatly assist our process.
