Trade Sports uses a 128-bit SSL certificate on the checkout page supplied by and kept up to date by Shopify to ensure that all customer information is kept secure and private at all times. We also use PayPal and Shopify Payments so you can rest assured that any private or sensitive information is safe.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order from Trade Sports. If an item isn’t quite right, we offer a straightforward 30-day returns window from the date of delivery for a refund or size/colour exchange.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

• Unworn & Unwashed: Items must be in pristine, brand-new condition with all original brand tags attached.
• Original Packaging: Items must be in their original manufacturer packaging (including branded footwear boxes and accessory bags).
• Protect the Box: Footwear boxes must not be taped or labelled directly. Please place the shoebox inside an outer mailing bag or postage box.
• Timeframe: Initiated within 30 days of delivery.

How to Return or Exchange (UK Customers)

All returns and exchanges are processed quickly and digitally through our online returns portal:

1. Log In: Enter your order number and email/postcode into the portal.
2. Select Items: Choose the items you wish to return and select whether you want a Refund or an Exchange (different size or colour).
3. Pay & Generate Label: The tracked Royal Mail return label is £3.65, payable securely directly within the portal before your label is generated.
4. Pack Your Parcel: Attach the label to your outer postal bag (never tape the shoebox directly). Drop it off at your nearest Post Office or parcel drop-off point.

Please note: Because your label is paid upfront in the portal, your item refund will not be subject to any return postage deductions upon arrival. For size or colour exchanges, once we receive and inspect your original pair, your replacement will be dispatched free of charge.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Mistakes happen, and if we have sent you the wrong item or your order has arrived damaged or defective, we will put it right immediately at no cost to you.

Please email us right away at sales@tradesports.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will supply a complimentary prepaid returns label.

(Please note: If you choose to arrange your own return shipping without contacting us first, return postage will only be reimbursed up to a maximum of £3.65).

Refunds & Processing Times

• Inspection: Once your parcel arrives at our Denton warehouse, our team will inspect the items against our return criteria.
• Processing: Please allow 2–3 working days from delivery for our warehouse to process your parcel.
• Payment Clearance: Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Funds typically take 5–7 working days to clear back into your original payment method.
• Original Shipping Fees: Express shipping upgrades (such as Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Special Delivery) are non-refundable in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

International Returns (Outside the UK)

• Customers outside the UK are welcome to return items within the 30-day window using a tracked courier service of their choice.
• Return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties for overseas returns are the customer’s responsibility. We do not provide prepaid returns labels for international orders.
• EU Customers: In line with consumer regulations, standard original shipping costs will be refunded alongside the item value.

Extended Christmas Returns

Orders placed between 1st November and 24th December qualify for our extended holiday returns window. You have 60 days from purchase to return or exchange gifts, provided items remain unworn, brand new, and in their original packaging.
