Returns Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any products that you bought from us at Trade Sports.

Eligibility for Returns

Must be returned within 30 days from the original date of delivery
Products must be returned in their original packaging
All original product tags must be included
All items must be returned unused and unwashed
Include a correctly filled out returns form and your original shipping label for identification

The cost of the label is £3.00 and will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or colour, fill out the returns form specifying your desired exchange details. We'll process your exchange upon receipt, subject to stock availability, or otherwise offer a refund.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll process your refund and notify you via email. Allow a few days for the funds to clear into your account. Processing times may vary.

Shipping Costs & Refunds

Express delivery fees are non-refundable.
EU customers receive full cost refunds including postage.
Using your own returns label means we cannot refund that postage cost.

A free returns label is provided if we're at fault. Otherwise, labels are not provided free of charge.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at sales@tradesports.co.uk for a free returns label. Using your own returns method means we cannot refund that postage. Note: Free returns are not available for overseas customers due to high return costs.
