Adidas Adicolor Classics SST Track Pants Green IR9886 (Size XS)

The Archive Reimagined: The SST Track Pant

SST Archival Architecture & Varsity Tapered Lines: The adidas Adicolor Classics SST Track Pants "Collegiate Green / White" Embrace the undisputed benchmark of global tracksuit culture in a silhouette refined from decades of court, stage, and street dominance. The IR9886 commands attention in a deep "Collegiate Green" interlock blend, framed by crisp "White" engineered 3-Stripes running down both legs and an authentic embroidered Trefoil at the hip. Anchored by the signature ribbed ankle cuffs and an athletic slim taper, these foundational track pants deliver the iconic Superstar aesthetic, balancing 1970s tennis warmup pedigree with modern urban tailoring.

Benefits: Engineered for off-duty leisure, curated streetwear rotations, festival styling, and effortless city transit, these track bottoms prioritize tailored shape retention, all-day skin comfort, and clean footwear framing. The cotton-poly blend combines the soft tactile hand-feel of natural cotton with the resilient shape-memory and durability of recycled polyester, resisting knee bagging and surface wear through repeated use. Integrated ribbed ankle cuffs keep the lower leg anchored securely, keeping hems away from the ground and showcasing low-profile trainers, while secure zip pockets keep daily carry items safe and flush against the body.

Key Features:

• Cotton-Poly Interlock Fabric: Substantial 70/30 recycled polyester and cotton blend delivering a soft-touch interior with the structure and durability of performance knitwear.

• Tailored Slim Athletic Taper: Streamlined cut contouring the thighs and calves to create a sharp, distraction-free profile.

• Signature Contrast 3-Stripes: Crisp white sewn striping extending down the lateral seams for authentic heritage branding.

• High-Density Embroidered Trefoil: Premium white needlework on the upper left leg that will not crack, peel, or fade through laundering.

• Secure Zippered Hand Pockets: Flush side-seam pockets with smooth-glide pullers engineered to safeguard keys, phones, and cards.

• Sturdy Ribbed Ankle Cuffs: Resilient, shape-retaining elasticated ribbing at the hems to lock down fit and spotlight sneakers.

• Elastic Drawcord Waist: Enclosed elastic waistband paired with an adjustable internal flat drawstring for a customized, non-slip waist hold.

• Sustainable Resource Blend: Built with a minimum of 70% recycled and renewable materials to reduce waste and environmental footprint.

Buyer Guidance & Fit Profile:

• Who This Product Is Best Suited For: Ideal for heritage streetwear dressers, terrace casuals, and vintage sportswear purists seeking the definitive slim-leg track pant. Pairs effortlessly with the matching SST track jacket, classic white crew-neck tees, retro windbreakers, and iconic footwear such as the adidas Superstar, Samba, or Gazelle. Designed strictly for casual lifestyle transit and social wear; not intended as a technical sweat-wicking pant for high-intensity gym workouts or competitive pitch drills where pure synthetic AEROREADY garments are required.

• Fit & Sizing Determination: Fits True to Size (TTS) in standard athletic lifestyle sizing with an intentional, contoured slim fit through the thighs and calves. Size Extra Small (XS) is precisely calibrated for slender or petite frames, sitting cleanly without bunching at the seat or knees. If you have broad quads, muscular calves, or prefer a roomier, relaxed retro drape through the leg, consider sizing one size up (S) to avoid a restrictive, skin-tight feel.

• Care & Maintenance Recommendation: To protect the rich Collegiate Green dye, preserve the bright white contrast on the 3-Stripes and embroidery, and protect zipper teeth alignment, close all pocket zippers completely and turn the pants inside out prior to laundering; machine wash on a cold, delicate cycle (30°C) with like dark colors using a gentle, dye-safe liquid detergent; avoid chlorine bleach and fabric softeners, which can coat the knit fibers and reduce fabric breathability; do not tumble dry—line dry naturally in a shaded, well-ventilated space away from direct heat sources such as radiators or harsh midday sun to maintain the elastic waistband and ribbed cuffs; if pressing is needed, iron inside out on a low-to-medium setting, taking care not to place direct heat over the zipper coils, pocket welts, or embroidered Trefoil badge.
