Nike Mercurial Vapor 14 Club IC Men's Indoor Football Boots - Volt CV0980 760

Dominate the Court: Nike Mercurial Vapor 14 Club

Indoor Court Futsal Traction & Streamlined Speed Profile: The Nike Mercurial Vapor 14 Club IC "Volt / Black / Crimson" Bring explosive acceleration and razor-sharp close-control maneuvers onto flat court surfaces with a dedicated indoor iteration of Nike’s premier speed boot. The CV0980-760 carries the vibrant, high-visibility "Volt / Black / Crimson" colorway across a sleek, low-profile synthetic chassis. Engineered specifically for the frantic pace of futsal and small-sided games, this indoor court (IC) boot pairs an engineered micro-textured upper with a flat, non-marking rubber outsole to deliver instantaneous braking and agile transitions across hard surfaces.

Benefits: Engineered for indoor five-a-side matches, competitive futsal leagues, school gym tournaments, and fast-paced street court play, this shoe prioritizes direct ball feel and rapid directional changes. The molded synthetic upper provides consistent grip on the ball during tight turns, sole rolls, and toe-pokes in congested spaces. Underfoot, the low-profile flat rubber sole maximizes surface area against polished indoor floors, giving attackers dependable traction for explosive first-step bursts without leaving scuff marks behind.

Key Features:

• Molded Micro-Textured Upper: Synthetic shell featuring a subtle, raised texture pattern that enhances friction against the ball for crisp passing and dribbling at speed.

• Flat Non-Marking Rubber Traction Outsole: Specially formulated rubber compound with a multi-directional tread pattern that grips hardwood, synthetic, and concrete surfaces without marking them.

• Adaptive Seamless Internal Lining: Soft, foot-conforming internal lining that wraps the foot snugly to prevent internal slip during rapid stops and lateral pivots.

• Low-Profile Court Construction: Minimalist sole design keeping the foot close to the playing surface for natural ground feel, balance, and quick turnover.

• Cushioned Foam Insole: Lightweight foam insert that provides basic impact dampening against the hard, unforgiving surfaces of indoor halls and concrete courts.

• Streamlined Low-Cut Collar: Unrestricted ankle design that allows full range of motion for low-angle striking and fast footwork.

Buyer Guidance & Fit Profile:

• Who This Product Is Best Suited For: Ideal for futsal wingers, indoor soccer players, gym-class athletes, and casual five-a-side footballers who rely on straight-line speed, quick cuts, and precise ball manipulation on hard surfaces. Pairs naturally with indoor training kits, technical futsal socks, shin pads, and lightweight training apparel. Not designed for natural grass pitches or outdoor 3G/4G artificial grass where molded or metal studs are required to prevent slipping.

• Fit & Sizing Determination: Fits True to Size (TTS) to snug/narrow, staying faithful to the performance-first, aerodynamic fit of the Mercurial silo. The synthetic upper holds close to the foot with minimal natural stretch over time. Players with broad feet (2E+ width) or those who wear thick, cushioned grip socks should consider sizing half a size up (0.5 size up) to avoid restrictive pressure along the sides of the forefoot.

• Recommended Conditions & Activities: Optimised for indoor sports halls, polished wooden gym floors, flat rubberized indoor surfaces, and dry outdoor street courts. Care Recommendation: Wipe the flat rubber outsole with a damp microfiber cloth before and after matches to keep court dust from reducing grip; wipe the synthetic upper clean using a soft cloth, lukewarm water, and mild detergent; do not wash in a domestic washing machine or dry near a radiator, as excessive heat can degrade the sole adhesives and upper coating; remove the insole and allow to air dry naturally at room temperature in a well-ventilated, shaded space.
