Weather the Elements: Nike Pegasus Trail 5 GORE-TEX

The Pegasus Trail 5 provides wet-weather protection for trail running. A waterproof GORE-TEX upper, an all-terrain outsole and reflective design details help you comfortably take on the elements. With a ReactX foam midsole, it gives you responsive cushioning for an energised ride.

Benefits:

Designed for pro-level off-road performance in adverse conditions, these trail shoes feature an advanced waterproof GORE-TEX membrane that acts as an absolute primary defence against rain, puddles, and muddy splashes. The responsive ReactX foam midsole cushions your stride against rocky terrain while giving you a successful shot at conquering steep climbs and executing a successful tackle of wet, challenging trail runs with supreme confidence.

Key Features:

  • Waterproof GORE-TEX Upper: Advanced weather-shielding membrane engineered to provide an unreal, dry environment for your feet in wet conditions.
  • ReactX Foam Midsole: High-performance cushioning platform delivering responsive comfort and an energised ride while reducing carbon footprint.
  • All-Terrain Outsole: Specialized rubber tread configuration engineered to give you a successful shot at reliable grip across wet rocks, slick roots, and muddy dirt paths.
  • Reflective Design Details: Strategic high-visibility accents built to enhance safety during low-light dawn, dusk, or night runs.

Who This Product Is Best Suited For:
Ideal for golfers, sneakerhead athletes, and style-conscious players who want to bring street-level Air Max heritage onto the golf course without sacrificing performance grip. Seamlessly coordinates with golf trousers, shorts, polo shirts, and technical outerwear. Not intended for technical off-road mountain hiking or high-intensity indoor court sports.

Fit & Sizing Determination:
Fits True to Size (TTS) for standard-width feet. The iconic layered synthetic upper provides a snug, supportive midfoot wrap straight out of the box. Golfers with wide feet (EE width) or those who prefer a roomier toe box when wearing thick moisture-wicking golf socks should consider selecting a half size up (0.5 size larger) for optimal comfort during long rounds.

Recommended Conditions & Activities:
Optimised for 18 holes of golf, driving range sessions, clubhouses, and walking across turf or cart paths in dry-to- damp weather conditions. The sticky rubber lugs provide reliable spikeless traction on grass. Care Recommendation: Wipe synthetic upper and midsole clean after each round using a damp microfibre cloth and mild soap; remove grass clippings from the rubber lugs with a soft brush; air dry naturally away from direct heat sources.
