Returns Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any products that you bought from us at Trade Sports.
Eligibility for Returns
- Must be returned within 30 days from the original date of delivery
- Products must be returned in their original packaging
- All original product tags must be included
- All items must be returned unused and unwashed
- Include a correctly filled out returns form and your original shipping label for identification

- We include an invoice with an area to fill in your order for an exchange or refund, if you don't have you can use this alternative
- For our UK customers you can return your order using our Royal Mail returns label by clicking here
- The cost of the label is £3.00 and will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or colour, fill out the returns form specifying your desired exchange details. We'll process your exchange upon receipt, subject to stock availability, or otherwise offer a refund.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll process your refund and notify you via email. Allow a few days for the funds to clear into your account. Processing times may vary.
Shipping Costs & Refunds
- Express delivery fees are non-refundable.
- EU customers receive full cost refunds including postage.
- Using your own returns label means we cannot refund that postage cost.
Returns Label Policy
A free returns label is provided if we're at fault. Otherwise, labels are not provided free of charge.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at sales@tradesports.co.uk for a free returns label. Using your own returns method means we cannot refund that postage. Note: Free returns are not available for overseas customers due to high return costs.
